  4.     Poll Taker is an automated questionnaire for Windows 3.x, that presents
  5. a series of questions and records responses.  The questionnaires, or .POL files
  6. are created with Poll Maker, which is available to registered users of Poll
  7. Taker only.  However a sample questionnaire, SAMPLE.POL is included to see how
  8. Poll Taker works.  A full manual is provided in POLLTAKR.HLP (windows help),
  9. which explains how to register, and make your own questionnaires.  A run-time
  10. library, VBRUN100.DLL is required for operation.  This file can be aquired on
  11. almost all bulletin boards, or should be included on the disk if distributed
  12. from a shareware vendor.
